Return Process

  Place the unbrushed, unworn hair extensions or wig back into its original silk bag and box, ensuring all tags and protective nets are attached.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
